During the first weekend of May, the Cougars' hosted their May training camp. Over a period of three days, returning and incoming players completed multiple team meetings and practices together. Wrapping up the 2022-2023 off-season practices.

"I am extremely proud of the work accomplished by the players and coaches over the course of this winter and spring. We approach the next preparation phase with great positivity" said Head Coach, Jean-Francois Joncas.

Cougars will take the field next in August for the 2023-2024 season training camp!
