Before moving to Sherbrooke, Sebastien coached a High school team in Vaudreuil. In 2013, he coached the Sherbrooke Bulldogs where he won the Kathy Mcnair championship. The next summer, he was invited to coach QBFL and won the Spalding cup. In 2014, he was OC with the Bulldogs and also assistant OL coach for the Cougars. For the second year in a row, he went to the Spalding coach as a QBFL coach and finished 2nd in the tournament. In the summer of 2016, he went with QBFL winning his second Spalding Cup in 3 years.
With the Cougar, Sébastien will continue his work on media and website and be returning as an assistant OL coach part-time.
Sebastien played for 1 year for his high school (Citadins Cité des Jeunes) and 1 season with the Noir et Or de Valleyfield in 2007. Then he went on to play in the Senior league for 3 years.
