Coach Thibault brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of developing high-performing defensive units at every level of the game. His coaching journey includes serving as Defensive Line Coach for the Volontaires du Cégep de Sherbrooke (2012–2014) and the Bishop’s University Gaiters (2016–2018). Since 2014, he has been the Defensive Coordinator of the Harfangs du Triolet, where he also became Head Coach of the Juvenile Team and Football Program Director in 2020.

Most recently, Coach Thibault has been contributing his expertise as the Defensive Line Coach for the Université de Sherbrooke Vert & Or (2024–present).
Jonathan’s leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to athlete development make him an outstanding addition to the Cougars coaching staff. We are excited to welcome him to the program and look forward to the impact he will have on our defensive unit.
