Born and raised in the Eastern townships, Frédéric started playing football in 9th grade in Coaticook. He quickly developed a passion for this sport.

He then went on to play 3 years for the Volontaire du Cégep de Sherbrooke.

Afterwards, he continued his education at the Université de Sherbrooke, where he studied health and physical education while playing football for the Vert et Or from 2019 to 2022.

Frédéric has now joined the Cougars’ as a DB coach! Welcome to the family, Fred!
