Our student athletes joined together for the BellLetsTalk campaign in an effort to raise awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness in Canada.

Each student-athlete was given a hat and wrote a positive message to fellow students in order to support this important cause.

We recognize the importance of talking, of knowing it is ok to not be ok and to not be afraid to ask for help.
